What is Hansei?
Hansei is a cutting-edge platform aimed at transforming document interaction and optimizing business processes using AI-driven chatbots. How does Hansei work?
Hansei operates through three fundamental components: Sources, Collections, and Bots. Sources refer to knowledgebase containing documents, webpages, etc. Collections are a way to organize your sources and to group related sources together. Bots are designed to customize the interaction experience with your knowledgebase. Hansei analyzes your knowledgebase you’ve uploaded and shared with your bot through collections, to generate answers to your queries. You can ask questions to the bot either through your integrations or directly on the website.
Certainly! We have a broad language support system in place, enabling your content and chatbots to effectively engage with diverse audiences. You can confidently upload content in different languages and interact with the chatbots using multiple languages of your choice.
What models power us?
At Hansei, we leverage a combination of state-of-the-art OpenAI models with some of our own custom models, with ChatGPT being a prominent example, to train our chatbots and generate accurate responses.
